Terms & Conditions

Visa Help (App), Visa Help (US), and Visa Help (Canada)
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Last Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern Visa Help (App), Visa Help (US), and Visa Help (Canada), the visahelp.app website, and the /us and /can product pages (together, the "Service"). The Service is published by Dot Business Integrated Solutions. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What the Service is

Visa Help is an informational reference tool. It helps you find visa categories, visualize application pathways, review forms, fees, and wait times, stay organized, and share searches with licensed immigration attorneys. Optional in-app purchases may unlock extra search credits or subscriptions through the Apple App Store.

  • Visa Help (US) focuses on U.S. visa categories and official U.S. sources.
  • Visa Help (Canada) focuses on Canadian visa categories, IRCC processes, and eTA where it applies.
  • Visa Help (App) is the worldwide edition. For now it uses the same U.S.-oriented pathways as Visa Help (US).

3. Not legal advice

VISA HELP IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for advice from a licensed immigration attorney. No attorney-client relationship is created with Dot Business Integrated Solutions or Visa Help because you used the app or website. We are not USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, IRCC, or any government.

Immigration rules change and depend on your facts. Confirm fees, forms, and processing times on official government pages before you file.

4. Optional AI answers

Some features send a prompt from the app to a Firebase function, which calls OpenAI. The iOS apps do not ship an OpenAI key. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not legal advice. You are responsible for checking official sources.

5. Accounts and purchases

You must keep your login accurate and under your control. Optional purchases are billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds follow Apple's App Store rules. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being abused.

6. Attorney connections

If you share a visa search with an attorney, that relationship is between you and the attorney. We do not guarantee any attorney's work, availability, or results. Attorneys have their own engagement terms and privacy practices.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not use the Service to harass others or to commit fraud.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that pathways, fees, forms, wait times, or AI answers are complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dot Business Integrated Solutions and Visa Help are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or visa outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or ten U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. It is part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date will change. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
